Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and EXATECH LABS LTD, the company that operates AppStudio X (“we”, “us” or “our”), when you use the CarStream iOS application (the “App”). By using the App, you accept these Terms.
EXATECH LABS LTD is a private limited company registered in England under company number 14755111. Its registered office is 37 Downhills Way, London, England, N17 6AN.
1. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use CarStream on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not redistribute the App or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
2. CarStream provides no content
CarStream is a player. It does not provide, host, index, supply or endorse any channels, films or other media, and it does not include or recommend any sources.
Everything you watch comes from a source you add yourself. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and view it, and for complying with the terms of whichever provider supplies it. Do not use CarStream to access material you are not entitled to.
3. Use with CarPlay
CarPlay availability depends on your vehicle, device and system compatibility. You remain responsible for operating your vehicle safely and for obeying all applicable traffic laws.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
The published CarStream 1.0 release is free and has no in-app purchases. The following purchase terms apply when the update introducing paid features becomes available and you choose to use those features.
CarStream offers a free trial period, after which continued use requires a purchase. The applicable trial duration, purchase price and subscription period are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly.
5. No warranty
CarStream is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Playback depends on sources and networks outside our control, and we do not warrant that any particular source will work or remain available.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of CarStream. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Apple’s role
This licence is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for CarStream. Apple is not responsible for addressing a claim relating to the App, including product liability, failure to conform to a legal requirement, or claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Third-party software
CarStream includes open-source components. Their licences and attributions are listed under Settings → Open Source Licences.
9. Termination
This licence ends if you stop using CarStream or breach these Terms. Deleting the App ends the licence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, subscriptions or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice where required. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
