Help us help you
Include your device model, iOS version, CarStream version and a short description of what happened. Never send a provider password, access token, private playlist link or other credentials.
- Adding a sourceUse the + button in the app to add your M3U playlist, Xtream portal, Jellyfin or Emby server. Your provider can help with the source address and access credentials.
- A channel won’t playCheck your connection and confirm that your source is still available. CarStream does not supply or control any media service.
- CarPlayCarPlay is coming in the next update. Check the App Store release notes for availability, and ensure your iPhone and vehicle support the feature.
- PurchasesPurchase options will be introduced in an upcoming update. Apple handles billing and refunds; active subscriptions can be managed in your Apple Account settings.
